Memento vivere
If you’ve spent time with me, you’ve probably seen me disappear into a few rabbit holes. Sometimes it is reading everything from Michael Seibel, Vitalik Buterin, or Paul Graham. Sometimes it is going deep on a new technology or some period in history. And sometimes it is less serious: overbuilding Notion docs for trips or learning far too much about Chinese tea culture. That instinct has been there for as long as I can remember. At 10, I was competing in Geography, Math, and Spelling Olympiads. Today, it shows up in how I explore ideas, people, and technologies. I like understanding how things work, and I tend not to stop at the surface. I care a lot about living a full life. For me, that starts with staying curious. Memento Vivere means 'remember to live', and I try to remind myself of that every day.
